Following an organization unlocks its requests, actions, announcements, and community participation flows inside the app.

Prayer activity, notes, and support signals are designed to preserve dignity instead of rewarding display.
4. Support real follow-through
Needs can move into action commitments, pastoral response, and responsible giving pathways without implying that every act of care belongs on a public stage.
Platform flow
- Public visitors start on the signed-out site.
- Authorized accounts sign in through the normal login page.
- Members enter the user app, org teams enter the workspace, and platform admin enters admin tools.
- The application already runs on a DB-backed, session-authenticated preview runtime with ongoing hardening.
How support works right now
Intercede currently records support intent and routes donors to each organization's external giving page. Native payment capture is not part of the live preview.
Inside the org workspace, immediate in-app automation paths already record real outcomes. Sensitive follow-up can stop for human approval, and scheduled rules should still be treated as incomplete until delayed delivery runs automatically.
